Which is the most visited jazz music festival in Southeast Europe?

The international music festival – Nišville Jazz Festival, is held here every year from August 4 to 13. The promo price of the ticket package for the main program starts from 2,500 dinars for the fastest fans, while daily tickets can be purchased immediately before or during the festival for 2,500 dinars as well.

Stages and places where the festival takes place are located throughout the center of the city of Niš; from the Amphitheater to the numerous stages in the fortress. There will be stages like Earth & Sky stage, Open stage, River stage, HipHop stage, Midnight stage, and similar. Of all these stages, you pay only for the entrance to Earth & Sky stage where the main program will be held, while entrance to the other locations is free. The main program will run from August 10th to the 13th, while supporting programs, such as the Nišville Jazz Theater, will take place from August 4th to the 10th. Over 300 programs will be performed with the participation of more than 1000 performers! Some of the performers who participated last year are Magnifico, Julian Marley & Uprising, Yellowjackets, KENDI, as well as many other local and foreign performers. 

Therefore, even if you are not a fan of jazz, due to the wide range of genres, you can find exactly what you like! And besides the music, at Nišville you can also watch a variety of movies that are being projected throughout the center, so if you’re going for a walk you can sit down and watch a movie!
