The View of Nine Mountains eco-trail is one of the comparetively new tourist destinations in Bulgaria. It was officially builded in 2015 and is located on the territory of Rudina mountain (Pernik district). The trail is a scenic route that goes up to the top – Mount Sirishtnishka Rudina (1172 m), from which an extremely rich 360-degree panorama opens. The length of the eco-trail is 3 km one way and takes 1,5-2 hours depending on your pace. The starting point is the small square in front of the church “St. Nedelya” in Sirishtnik. Sirishtnishka Rudina is probably the only peak in Bulgaria from which nine mountains can be observed at the same time: Cherna Gora, Vitosha, Verila, Golo Bardo, Rila, Pirin, Konyavska, Zemenska and Penkyovska Planina. With its unconventionality, this trail enchants every visitor with the endless panoramas it provides. It is also unique with the fact that there is so much to see in the vicinity as well as in the distance. So pack your bags and hit the road.
